Safe, Easy, Quick!
Normally, refreshing lead-acid batteries involves significant risks. Lead itself is neurotoxic, and lead sulfate crystals pose even higher risks. Inhalation of dust must be strictly avoided. In contrast, COREDZ uses carbon nanotubes as its raw material, which are carbon-based and very safe. Unlike many other materials that require special disposal methods, carbon nanotubes do not pose any concerns.
Therefore, using COREDZ is as simple as opening the vent of a vented lead-acid battery and injecting it through the hole. The process is straightforward, safe, and takes very little time. Especially in developing countries where dangerous manual recycling of lead-acid batteries occurs, using COREDZ can liberate workers from hazardous tasks.
However, the amount of COREDZ injected needs to be adjusted based on the battery size and condition. Therefore, workers must undergo training beforehand to understand the battery’s structure and the use of nanocarbon tubes. Once they grasp the battery’s structure and understand how to use nanocarbon tubes, they can apply COREDZ not only to trucks and forklifts but also to lead-acid batteries for various applications.
